The network members welcomed Mariam Zulfiqar, Artangel & Helen Marriage, Artichoke to our meeting on October 23rd.

Mariam and Helen introduced their commissioner’s perspective and presented a selection of their significant projects as well as current projects.

This led to a discussion of what is needed to realise large-scale projects in the current landscape; this included issues of negotiating funding and working with
multiple funders, stakeholder management and the careful production of ambitious projects from conception to delivery.
