London Creative Learning Hub

\ Event

16th July, 1.00-2.00pm BST (online)

We invite creative learning professionals, arts workers and those engaged in participatory art in London to share their practice at the next Creative Learning Hub

This peer-led conversation will begin with an introduction by George Collum, Learning Curator of the Camden Art Centre on their approach to their learning programme.

This will be followed by a sharing practice and a conversation on what future creative learning could look – and feel, like.

Join a supportive & collaborative network that offers the space for critical dialogue, care, and practical knowledge exchange.

Please register here.

Guest speakers:

George Collum is the Learning Curator at Camden Art Centre,  continuing the gallery’s long legacy of artist-led engagement projects with young people. He aims for all the programmes he leads on to be long-term, collaborative exchanges between participant and artist and focussed on process over product. Previously, he took the post of Learning Producer at Somerset House and Engagement Project lead for University of the Arts London.

ABOUT

The Creative Learning Hub is a pilot network and part of CVAN London’s Education programme.

We are working towards and campaign for inclusive and equitable arts education, and the promotion of lifelong cultural learning opportunities for all.

From early years, compulsory and higher education, gallery and museum creative learning, through to professional development and leadership via informal and non-traditional programmes, we support diverse and expanded ways to access and engage with the arts.

The education programme is underpinned by the Anti-Racist and Equitable Visual Arts (AREVA) programme.
